Contact details (name, email, phone); your state; date of birth; health information you enter in the assessment (goals, medical history, medicines, allergies, pregnancy status); order, payment, shipping and support information; and device, browser and cookie data.

To check eligibility and state availability, route your information to a licensed provider, support pharmacy fulfilment and shipping, process payments, refunds and cancellations, answer support requests, send care and order messages, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent.

LocumTele and its licensed providers, the dispensing pharmacy (VSDH or another state-licensed pharmacy), payment processors, hosting, email and messaging providers, and professional advisers, only as needed to provide the service and under contract. We never sell your personal or health information, and we do not share health information with advertising platforms.

Health information you give a licensed provider is protected health information and is handled under our Notice of privacy practices.
