Who provides your care
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review OnTrend Health assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. OnTrend Health LLC provides the website, your account and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
Care is provided by licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants through LocumTele, who decide whether treatment is appropriate. Your provider's name, credential and licence are given in your care materials and in your account before treatment begins.
Medication is dispensed by VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy.
What we do not promise
